Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy If you need to cancel your session, you may choose to use your payment as a credit toward a rescheduled session or another service, transfer the payment to another person, or request a refund. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before your scheduled session are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your session are eligible for a 50% refund, with the remaining 50% available as a credit toward a future session or service. If you choose to transfer your payment to another person, please provide their name and contact information at the time of cancellation.
